I am committed to supporting individuals and organisations as they navigate their way through change. I believe in the unique ability and potential of individuals and teams to creatively transform to meet the challenges of today. I work as a coach with individuals, teams and organisations to support them in unlocking their potential to achieve their own version of fulfilment and success.
Training and qualifications
I have a Certificate of Coaching at the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) with 15+ years of working on change and transformation programmes globally. This, combined with my Gestalt (PGCert) training, informs how I practice coaching.
My original qualifications were in Business (BBus) with a Masters of IT (MIT).
I am also a registered chartered accountant.
I have been a consultant for over 15 years. Originally from Australia, I have been in the UK for 10 years. While studying accountancy, I was drawn towards change and transformation programme work, with a curiosity towards understanding team dynamics and roles that individuals play in groups.
While training in counselling and psychotherapy and volunteering in aged care facilities, I have become interested in exploring my own creativity and untapped potential and working with others to do the same.
