I have developed a flexible way of working, and am able to provide ‘talking therapy’ or embodied dramatherapeutic methods, depending on which way you would like to work.
By meeting in a safe, sincere and non-judgemental therapeutic space, I can support you in the exploration of yourself and the challenges you face. I can provide you with the room needed to understand, grow and help you to overcome your difficulties.
How can therapy help?
Life can often be difficult or seem unmanageable. One can feel overwhelmed with things happening at work and home – or sometimes, we aren’t even sure why we are feeling the way we are. Therapy can help you deal with:
- loss and change
- difficulties in making and sustaining relationships
- feelings of depression, low self-esteem or feelings of being stuck
- resolving conflict and anger more successfully
- changing destructive patterns in life
- developing your creative potential
