Our experiences of life can often feel complex and difficult to navigate alone.
I offer a safe, confidential and caring space to support you to find and make meaning of your sense of self. I’m curious to know how I can help you to identify your strengths and apply these creatively in your life.
I am committed to engaging wholeheartedly with your therapeutic journey, bringing a sense of humour as well as compassion. I am open to exploring how experiences from the past create patterns and interruptions in the here and now and how I can support you to make changes that reflect your true self.
As well as exploring our humanness together, I am also curious about our relationship with nature and how it affects our overall sense of wellbeing.
As an integrative therapist I am trained in a number of different therapeutic approaches – where I can adapt creatively to what you need. We may use talking therapy to understand your story alongside a creative approach, using the imagination and imagery to make sense of experiences that as yet may have no words.
