My approach

I am a psychologist and Gestalt psychotherapist with over 10 years’ experience, having worked in Italy both in the NHS and the private sector.

I am curious and always focused on learning new methods and strategies to support my clients.

I can help you to discover your strength to help overtake your pain and be the protagonist in your life.

My interest in the body

As a psychologist, I was trained how to help people by focusing on the mind. When I first started working with clients, I soon discovered how mind and body are inextricably linked.

By striving to better understand this connection, I have become an expert in how mind and body affect each other.

About Gestalt

The Gestalt approach is essentially a hopeful point of view on the human experience. It recognises the possibility to change in the present and learn effective strategies to restart a good relationship with the environment around us.

I will guide and support you in this process, defining with you the best way to become aware of yourself and your possibilities.

Working with a Gestalt approach means experiencing a supportive presence for you to gain perspective and discover new, unimagined possibilities.

As a client you are in control of your creative process. Through this you’ll discover the confidence that comes with choice and clarity in your life.

Using a wide range of Gestalt techniques, we can explore together all the positive possibilities you have for being happy and satisfied. The aim is to find the techniques that better suit you and your needs in the present, allowing you to develop a better self-support.

Sessions with me are supportive, non-judgemental and, at times, playful and fun. I bring both levity and sensitivity to the most delicate of situations.

We meet, we talk, we try things that shift your perspective to create ‘insights’ and clarity with your feelings.

You become more confident, more comfortable in your own skin. If you’re alive, there’s a place for you in the world. We can create the path to this place together.
