My approach

I have a passion for helping people to get the most out of their lives, discovering their true potential and overcoming limiting beliefs that have previously held them back.

Cognitive hypnotherapy is founded on the core belief that every person has the capabilities within themselves to solve any issue, and that I as your therapist can work with you to help you along this path to your solution.

Cognitive hypnotherapy is a solution-focused approach which can help with a wide range of problems or goals. If the particular issue you’re seeking help with is not not on the list above, feel free to contact me to see if I can help.

Unlike other forms of therapy, I provide a personally tailored approach to you and the change you want to see – there are no set scripts. The sessions are prepared in relation to how you do your problem, which provides the most effective change in the fastest time. If you are interested in hearing more, please do get in contact and we will then have a free, no-obligation talk about how I can help.

All information discussed is confidential – the only exception to this is if the client is deemed to be a danger to themselves or other people or if there is any legal reason for disclosure.

Training and qualifications

I trained at the internationally recognised Quest Institute in London under Trevor Silvester.

Past experience

I have always had a strong interest in how the mind works and have an instinctive talent of putting people at ease. Despite this, I did a degree in law and then went on to work as a credit analyst in some of the world’s largest financial institutions. I couldn’t shake the feeling that it didn’t completely fulfil me and I needed something else in my life.

After struggling to come to terms with a bereavement, I discovered cognitive hypnotherapy and never looked back.
