My approach

I am an integrative practitioner. This means I am trained in different theoretical modalities, allowing me to work in a way that suits each unique client.

I mainly work drawing on different elements of humanistic therapies and believe that the therapeutic relationship is a fundamental part of the therapy process.

I offer both short and long-term therapy, dependent upon individual needs.

I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their deepest thoughts and feelings.

Training, qualifications and experience

I have a diploma in therapeutic counselling.

I’m in the final year of a BA (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy.

I have an enhanced DBS certificate and have regular clinical supervision.

In addition to my private practice, I work as an honorary counsellor in oncology and haematology within the NHS.

I am a trained volunteer for a large registered charity that provides support to anyone in emotional distress.

Professional affiliations

I am a registered member of the BACP and abide by their code of ethics.
