I’m an experienced counsellor & psychotherapist with a first-class honours degree from the University of Nottingham.

I have a deep-seated desire to understand you and your situation, free of judgement. I’m an excellent and intuitive listener, working from a flexible, person-centred approach.

I offer you a space and relationship for you to feel safe and secure. You can talk to me about anything you feel comfortable with, and anything you say will be held in the strictest of confidence.

Fundamentally, I work at your pace, in a way that suits you most, to benefit you most.

I see adults, children and young people for short or long-term therapy for wide range of issues.
