I specialise in anxiety and finding your unique solution, and can help in matters concerning anxiety, depression, relationships and life transformation.

I work with young adults and adults aged 18 years and above with no limitation on upper age group.

I graduated from university with a BA (Hons). My earlier work was developed around addiction and transformational self-work.
