My approach
My main focus is helping people to reduce their anxiety. However, anxiety is very often a strong accompaniment to other psychological difficulties, such as depression and PTSD.
My sessions can have far-reaching positive effects on your mental wellbeing. The sessions equip you with certain techniques that you can then practise on your own to help you self-regulate, thus helping you to take charge of your situation.
I am happy to work with all types of clients, adjusting these techniques to your particular needs. The approach of every session is mutual listening. You will be heard.
I am also a qualified English language teacher, so am sympathetic to any client who has limited English.
