My approach
Are you feeling overwhelmed, caught in a loop of thoughts or simply longing for a space where you can speak freely and be truly heard?
I offer a calm, compassionate environment where you’re met with empathy and without judgement – a space to explore your thoughts and feelings safely, at your own pace.
As an integrative counsellor, and I draw primarily from person‑centred therapy – the belief that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore your thoughts, feelings and personal narratives.
Depending on what you need, I may integrate CBT techniques to support shifts in thinking and behaviour or gently weave in psychodynamic insights to explore long‑held patterns that may be shaping your present.
My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate your goals, themes and personal narratives. Each session is led by you. I work collaboratively, always guided by your agenda, to help you gain greater self-understanding and clarity.
