My approach
I offer a thoughtful, relational approach to therapy, grounded in compassion, curiosity and emotional depth.
I work with a combination of a psychodynamic approach, and an ISTDP framework rooted in attachment theory, which helps clients explore the emotional patterns and internal conflicts that may underlie anxiety and relationship difficulties. My approach supports clients to experience and understand their feelings safely, develop greater self-compassion, and build more authentic and connected relationships.
I see couples and individuals across the lifespan, from young adults to adults in later life. In my work with couples, I help partners understand and break unhelpful cycles, fostering greater communication, intimacy and understanding.
I recognise that our bodies can offer important clues to feelings and needs that have not yet become fully conscious. By paying attention to these signals, therapy can help bring greater awareness to emotional experiences, help clients alleviate emotional distress and anxiety, and achieve meaningful change.
I also offer in-house therapeutic support within law firms.
