My approach
I am a MBACP-registered counsellor and a psychotherapist who trained with a UKCP-approved college. I work one to one with adults with both long-term psychotherapy and brief counselling.
My intention for my clients is to listen with care and with empathy. I pay attention to what the rational mind wants and what the soul might be calling for. I offer a safe and confidential space for you and be open and accepting with whatever brings you to counselling.
I hold a space to engage relationally with your challenges and difficulties, for expressing difficult feelings and anything you may need to let go of – or to accept.
Training, qualifications and experience
I have trained at Revision and gained their Postgraduate Counselling Diploma in Integrative Psychosynthesis and Postgraduate Psychotherapy Diploma.
I have also trained with the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education and have a Postgraduate Certificate in the Therapeutic Arts Therapy.
