My approach

I am a MBACP-registered counsellor and a psychotherapist in training with a UKCP-approved college. I work one to one with adults and young people with both long-term and brief (6 to 12 sessions) counselling.

My intention for my clients is to listen with care and with empathy. I pay attention to what the rational mind wants and what the soul might be calling for. I offer a safe and confidential space for you and be open and accepting with whatever brings you to counselling.

I hold a space to engage relationally with your challenges and difficulties, for expressing difficult feelings and anything you may need to let go of – or to accept.

Training, qualifications and experience

I trained at Revision and gained their Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Psychosynthesis.

I am currently training there for my Postgraduate Psychotherapy Diploma.

I have also trained with the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education and have a Postgraduate Certificate in the Therapeutic Arts Therapy.

Professional affiliations

I am registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

Code of ethics

I abide by the BACP code of ethics.
