My approach

My priority is to quickly build a strong relationship and identify what you want to change. Then we can determine how we can best work together.

I’m known for being accepting, attentive, calm, warm, pragmatic, strong and highly professional in supporting my clients – while providing as much challenge as they require.

I aspire for my clients to become self-sufficient by helping them learn with psychoeducation. And to learn tools to help them in the future.

I work with adults of all ages. Some clients have concerns about their sexuality. Some clients are locked into negative thinking patterns or low mood. Some clients are experiencing difficulties with work or at home. Some clients are from different parts of the world and seek help with cultural challenges. Some are adjusting to a diagnosis of a life-changing medical issue. Some of my clients have diagnosed personality disorders. Some have suicidal thoughts.

I work on both a short and long-term basis with clients.
