My approach

My approach is psychodynamic and relational. I believe that each person is unique in the way that they experience life with its dilemmas, conflicts, traumas, contradictory feelings, desires, hopes and aspirations.

My therapeutic approach focuses on the client, supporting them in developing an understanding of their inner world that can bring purpose and meaning to their life and help them move forward.

My therapy practice offers a calm, confidential and empathic setting in which to identify, explore and work through issues that may be affecting your life.

I am committed to offering high-quality, non-judgemental psychotherapy. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, religions and sexual orientations.
