My approach
Taking the first step towards counselling can be challenging, but it can also open the door to meaningful change.
Together, we may explore how past experiences, including childhood, shape your present – while focusing on your current concerns and future goals.
I am an integrative counsellor, grounded in psychodynamic and person-centred approaches with a particular awareness of and sensitivity to neurodivergence. I recognise that the therapeutic process can be complex, and that communicating thoughts and feelings is not always straightforward.
I aim to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. I understand expression may take different forms, and I work collaboratively to find ways of connection that feels accessible and authentic to each individual.
I hold in mind both past and present experiences, supporting clients to develop greater self-understanding while re-enacting their own unique way of being in the world.
Training, qualifications and experience
- MA Psychodynamic Counselling (2 years) – University of Essex.

I am fully insured and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Code of ethics
Confidentiality is a very important aspect of the counselling relationship, and discussions are confidential.
I work within the guidelines, codes and ethical frameworks of the BACP.
Fees and availability
- I offer sessions on Friday evening
- Sessions on Saturdays are during the day only
- Individual fees: £60
- Concession fee is available
I have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
