My approach

I specialise in using proven methods like ACT, CBT, CFT and EMDR (see above). This means our work together is individually tailored to you – your goals, your pace and your personal history.

I’m especially experienced in working with people who have tried therapy before but still feel stuck, as well as those living with the hidden pressures of perfectionism, high achievement or childhood trauma that still shapes how they feel today.

The approach I offer aims to create a warm, supportive space where change becomes possible – so you can move from simply surviving to truly living.

Training, qualifications and experience

With over 10 years of experience as a psychotherapist and 18 years of experience working in mental health, I’ve supported adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges. This can range from anxiety and depression to burnout, low self-esteem and complex trauma.

My work has included several years within the NHS and in private practice.

Professional affiliations

I’m registered with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
