My approach

Therapy with me is a warm, supportive and collaborative journey where your experiences and feelings are deeply respected. I aim to create a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgement.

Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, focusing on understanding what’s going on beneath the surface and discovering practical, manageable ways to bring positive change to your life.

I draw on evidence-based CBT, along with helpful skills from DBT and mindfulness, to support you in building resilience, managing difficult emotions and strengthening your sense of self.

My hope is that therapy feels like a partnership, where you feel heard, understood and empowered to move forward in your own unique way.

While I specialise in CBT for eating disorders, I also support clients dealing with anxiety, low mood, trauma, neurodivergence and relationship difficulties.

I offer therapy in English and Bengali and take a thoughtful, inclusive approach that respects and values cultural and personal identities.
