My approach

My therapeutic philosophy is that true healing arises from aligning mind and body within the context of the whole person. Therapy is a collaborative process that honours each client’s lived experience, values and goals – emphasising safety, empathy and authentic presence.

I help clients develop self-understanding, compassionate self-care and practical strategies to navigate daily life and relationships.

My practice is humanistic integrative, weaving experiential and relational interventions with evidence-based methods. I draw on psychodynamic insights to illuminate patterns and early experiences that shape current struggles, alongside CBT skills for emotion regulation, cognitive re-framing and behavioural change. When appropriate, I incorporate brief, targeted interventions to reduce distress and promote resilience, including mindfulness and somatic awareness to ground clients in the here-and-now.

I work with professionals and creatives in demanding environments (notably the music and arts industries) who need an understanding ally to navigate performance pressure, burnout and career transitions. I also support clients dealing with trauma, attachment injuries, disordered eating, some addictions, and life-stage challenges. I am comfortable working with individuals and couples across diverse backgrounds and identities, and I actively work with clients from the LGBTQIA+ community.

I offer therapy online and in person, adapting to the client’s needs and preferences.
