Types of therapy I offer
Based in King’s Cross, I work in an empathic, inclusive way, either in person or online. I offer once-weekly, open-ended, long-term therapy, which facilitates deeper emotional change.
The list of issues I can help with is endless, but together in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment, we can process all that feels difficult.
If life is feeling challenging, or you would simply like to understand your thoughts and manage your behaviours more effectively, you are most welcome to contact me by email or phone (see contact details above) to talk through your situation.
We will then arrange an initial meeting, after which we will decide whether we are a good fit to continue working together.
