My approach

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist. I aim to help my clients feel safe and further develop as individuals, whilst getting closer to their true selves.

The exploration of unconscious conflicts, facilitated by the therapeutic relationship, often gives insight into issues previously unknown to our conscious mind, as well as opening up new possibilities.

Training and qualifications

I trained at WPF Therapy and graduated from Roehampton University.

I have a Certificate in Psychoanalytical Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London.

I completed a training in Mindfulness for Practitioners.

Past experience

I have always been interested in the emotional life of individuals and how that has come to develop. I believe the way we are cared for as children has a great impact on the way we build our lives as adults.

As a psychodynamic psychotherapist I have experience in both long-term, open-ended psychodynamic psychotherapy and time-limited work. I currently work in private practice in Waterloo and King’s Cross and as an NHS counsellor for The Awareness Centre in Lambeth.

Professional affiliations

I am a member of the FPC (Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP Reg: 2011166433). I abide by both organisations’ codes of ethics.

Fees and availability

My fee is £60 per session (50 minutes).
